Delivery Methods

Delivery to addresses in the Czech Republic is generally arranged by the supplier as follows:

Delivery by GLS. Typically takes place on the next working day after dispatch. Orders are delivered on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. An exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. The driver will contact you prior to delivery to confirm a more precise delivery window. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are added to the price of the goods according to the price list and conditions provided on our e-shop website www.vedici-platform.com
Delivery by Zásilkovna to Your Address. Orders are delivered on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Selecting an exact delivery time is not possible. The driver will contact you before delivery to provide a more accurate delivery estimate. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are added to the price of the goods according to the price list and conditions on our e-shop website www.vedici-platform.com
Delivery to a Zásilkovna Pickup Point. Your order is delivered to the pickup point you select during checkout. Once your package has been handed over for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress online. As soon as your order arrives at the chosen pickup point, you will receive an SMS and an email with a pickup code. You then have 7 days to collect your parcel. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are added to the price of the goods according to the price list and conditions on our e-shop website www.vedici-platform.com

Comgate Payment Gateway – supports card payments, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – pay the courier upon receiving your goods. A fee of 1,03 € applies for COD.
